We rely on a strong industrial approach, predominantly off-site, and manufacture the various components for the property projects we design in our 8 French factories spread across the whole territory, then assemble them on site.
Niwa, our Head Office, is located in Toulouse and we operate across the whole of France.
Position
As Principal Renovation Works Manager, you will be attached to the works department and based in Paris. You will work on sites across the whole territory.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Managing one or more large-scale TCE renovation sites
Preparing the schedule, placing equipment orders and selecting suppliers
Being responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with safety rules on your sites
Leading teams, developing their skills and taking part in all site meetings with contractors and external partners.
Candidate profile
You hold a degree from an engineering school or a Master 2 or equivalent qualification in the building / civil engineering sector,
You have at least 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction and renovation,
You have already supervised teams and managed sites,
You have an appetite for responsibility and mobility is not an obstacle for you,
You are a listening, unifying manager with natural authority
