About the role
Translated into English from German by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
We are looking for you as Director Indirect Sales & Partnerships (x/f/m) to support our team in Berlin.
As Director Indirect Sales & Partnerships (x/f/m), you take on a central strategic leadership role: you transform Doctolib's go-to-market approach in Germany - and build a scalable, quota-driven indirect sales channel with IT systems houses at its core. You lead a team of five employees and build a network of 50-60 stable IT system partners who, together with Doctolib, drive the digitalisation of German healthcare across the country. Through your work you create a growing revenue pillar that complements direct sales volume in the long term - and you significantly shape the strategic direction of Doctolib Germany.
Your tasks- You develop and scale a high-performing indirect sales channel with selected top IT systems houses (ITSPs) across Germany, ensuring comprehensive regional coverage
- You transform the existing business model from a direct sales model into a genuine indirect sales channel with clear quotas, structured forecasting and data-driven performance steering
- You negotiate and conclude strategic partnerships with leading IT service providers - including commercial structures, prioritisation of integrations and concrete rollout plans - and you are on site at potential partners several days a month
- You design scalable partner management frameworks, differentiated incentive structures and efficient operational processes for your team
- You lead, develop and inspire a team of around 5 FTEs and build trusted relationships at managing director level with the Managing Directors of the systems house partners
- You work closely with the German leadership teams from Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech and, as a member of the German Leadership Team, actively contribute to the strategic development of Doctolib Germany
You are firmly convinced that you bring exactly what the position requires? Then we encourage you to apply. Even if you do not meet every requirement, you may be exactly the right future Doctoliber for this or other positions!
To become part of our team, you bring the following:
- More than 10 years of proven senior leadership experience in building and scaling indirect sales and partner channels - ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, IT solutions (cloud services) or in the IT systems house environment
- In-depth expertise in working with IT systems houses (ITSPs), including designing partner incentive programmes, commercial contract structures and deployment plans
- Proven experience in transforming sales organisations, in change management, and in building and leading high-performing sales and partner teams
- A strong hands-on mindset, enthusiasm for building relationships from the ground up, as well as entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of initiative
- You use AI tools purposefully to optimise sales processes, steer partner performance based on data and develop your team in the use of new technologies
- You work in a data-driven way, design scalable processes and iterate quickly based on results
- You are a strong leader: you recruit, coach and develop your team and create a performance-oriented, motivating team culture
- German at C2 level and English at C1 level
We are also particularly interested in:
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical software sector
- Proven MRR scaling in a multi-product SaaS environment
