SAP Senior Supply Chain Consultant

Manufacturing companies lose money every day on inefficient supply chain flows, for example lead times that are too long, poor inventory management or a lack of visibility between purchasing, warehouse and sales. You know how to solve it both in the process and in the system.

That is the experience we are looking for.

About the role

As a consultant with us, you work closely with the customer to make their flows work in practice, not just on a PowerPoint.

You understand how customer orders, purchasing, warehouse and delivery are connected, and how this should be set up in SAP S/4HANA to deliver results. Sometimes it is about designing the right solution from the start, sometimes about correcting things that do not really work.

You move between discussing solutions with the business and being hands-on in the details - configuring, testing and ensuring that it actually works in everyday use.

Examples of assignments you may work on

• Lead S/4HANA conversions at manufacturing customers, taking responsibility for solution design and configuration within sales and logistics

• Carry out greenfield implementations of SAP S/4HANA with full responsibility for purchasing and sales flows, data migration and go-live

• Implement SAP Cloud ERP for customers with complex organisational structures, for example building a Shared Service Centre with purchasing and sales across many companies

• Lead global SAP rollouts with support for local operations within requirements, testing and go-live in the manufacturing and automotive industries

• Design and improve purchasing flows for customers with high demands on compliance, approval workflows and security

• Work closely with the customer's operations as a business analyst - understand their challenges and turn them into SAP solutions that are actually used

• Set the standard for the customer's SAP processes and document them in tools such as Signavio

We believe you

• Have solid experience of supply chain - sales, purchasing, warehouse and logistics

• Are used to working in SAP S/4HANA and understand how solutions are set up in the system

• Have a strong interest in systems and enjoy making the details work in practice

• Understand how processes connect across the modules SD, MM/IM, EWM/WM

• Have been part of implementations and know what tends to go wrong (and how to fix it)

• Thrive in dialogue with customers and can explain complex things simply

• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English

• Are bold, driven and free of ego
