Our assignments are most often run as projects and range from feasibility studies to larger programmes spanning several years. We work with industrial customers across the country, which means that travel may occur in the role.

About the role
As a senior PLM consultant with us, you lead assignments ranging from feasibility studies and business analysis to target-state work, requirements management, change management and implementation or further development of PLM solutions.

You work closely with the customer's business on matters concerning product information, product structures, change management and information flows - in collaboration between, for example, R&D, production, quality, purchasing and aftermarket.

You often have a leading role, for example as project or programme manager, product owner or adviser to management and steering groups. The role involves close collaboration with the customer and a clear responsibility for creating structure, progress and results.

With us, you work both strategically and operationally, from early customer dialogue and bid work to delivery, handover and further development.

Who are you?
You have a strong interest in how processes, information and digital support interact throughout the product lifecycle. You are commercially minded, analytical and communicative, and thrive in an advisory role where you drive change in close collaboration with the customer.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

• At least 10 years of experience in business development and change work within industry

• Experience of PLM, product information or related areas

• A good understanding of the interplay between business processes, information models and digital solutions

• Experience from industrial companies and an understanding of all or parts of the value chain, from product development to aftermarket

• Experience of leading projects, programmes, feasibility studies or other change initiatives

• Strong communication skills and experience of working closely with management and key stakeholders

• A Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent

• Very good skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written

Meritorious experience:

• Experience of PLM-related processes, for example product structure, change management, master data or information governance

• Implementation or further development of PLM solutions

• Experience of the consultant role

• Feasibility studies, workshop facilitation and analysis work

• Digitalisation projects in larger organisations

• Agile ways of working
