At AniCura we are currently rebuilding recruiting because we are growing. We are overhauling processes, clearing things up and rethinking how we bring clinics and candidates together. If you roll your eyes at "we've always done it this way", you're in the right place.

Since 2018, AniCura has been part of Mars Veterinary Health and therefore of the family-owned Mars Group: over 500 clinics and practices in Europe, around 4.5 million patients treated per year, embedded in a global network of more than 3,000 animal clinics. An international environment and a long-term perspective, but still the scope to rethink things locally. That is exactly what is happening in our recruiting right now.

Your tasks

• You take on your own sub-projects within our TA transformation: from new processes and system adjustments to standards that reach beyond your own role

• You own the kick-off of the role with the hiring manager, sharpen requirements and build a robust sourcing strategy on that basis

• Active sourcing is not a compulsory programme for you. It is the part that is fun - you build pipelines that hold up even at high volume

• You steer the offer management process safely through to the contract decision

• Not every clinic automatically brings TA on board today. Your assessment and expertise ensure that this changes

• Clean system management is no foreign concept for you. With many parallel roles, you keep your data clean rather than tidying it up at the end

What you bring

• Several years of experience with high role volume and fast pace: bulk hiring, short time-to-fill, many parallel processes

• You think in a data-driven way. Numbers and processes are not a necessary evil for you but a tool with which you make better decisions

• Ideally you come from an environment where you helped build processes yourself rather than only operating them (startup, scale-up or comparable)

• You prioritise cleanly and keep timelines in view, even when much is moving around you at the same time

• Very good German, confident English

• Workday experience is a plus, as we are currently rebuilding our processes on it
