What do we value?

Experience of at least 8 years in:

• Knowledge of administration, design and implementation of relational databases with MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of query optimisation and database schema design.

• Familiarity with cloud database environments, especially AWS and Google Cloud.

• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of scripting and automation with technologies such as Python or Bash.

• Knowledge of backup and recovery, replication and high availability.

• Experience with monitoring and performance analysis tools.

• Experience working with time series databases and large data volumes.

• Minimum English level B2.

What would your responsibilities be?

• Implement and administer relational databases, mainly MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with development teams on the design of scalable and efficient database structures.

• Support tasks related to microservices programming.

• Automate database maintenance and optimisation tasks.

• Carry out backups and restorations, helping to ensure the availability and recovery of information.

• Identify and collaborate in resolving performance problems.

• Prepare and keep technical documentation up to date.
