Business Development Manager - AI for Software Engineering

You will be in charge of:

Business development and commercial activity

Developing business by taking part in acquiring new clients and defining new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering).

Taking part in sales processes, leading the value proposition and the construction of offers in this field, in coordination with technical and delivery teams.

Driving specific commercial initiatives aimed at the adoption of solutions based on governed copilots and agents applied to software development.

Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities with current and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this cross-cutting line.

Portfolio strategy and management.

Taking part in defining the commercial and growth strategy associated with AI for Software Engineering, aligned with the company's global strategy.

Co-defining, together with operations teams and other Business Lines, the portfolio of services and offerings in this field, structured around services such as:

- Governance of copilots and agents

- AI-assisted code generation, review and modernisation

- AI-assisted QA and test automation

- Optimisation of the software lifecycle through AI

Identifying market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio.

Partner and ecosystem management

Managing the relationship with relevant technology partners for this line, both existing and new.

Collaborating with managers of other Business Lines in managing established partners.

Identifying, developing and consolidating new strategic alliances specific to the field of AI applied to software development.

Taking part in co-selling initiatives and joint development of opportunities with technology partners.

Internal coordination and cross-functionality

Acting as a point of reference in the field of AI for Software Engineering within the organisation, working cross-functionally with multiple LoBs.

Coordinating with technical teams (BTS) responsible for designing and delivering the services, mainly taking part in pre-sales and solution definition phases.

Establishing synergies with other Business Lines to ensure a coherent positioning within the global portfolio.

Financial and operational management

Collaborating in defining and managing the budget associated with this line of activity, monitoring the achievement of objectives.

Contributing to the development of the annual operating plan within your area of responsibility.

Marketing and communication

Identifying and taking part in events, initiatives and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department.

Supporting the creation of content and the company's positioning in this field.

To join our team we expect from you:

• Experience in business development, pre-sales or similar positions within the technology sector.

• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and experience executing it.

• Knowledge of trends in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, copilots, agents and automation.

• Experience in environments that combine technical and commercial capabilities.

• Valued experience in technology consulting

• Multidisciplinary profile with technical and business experience.

• Ability to conceptualise solutions aligned with client needs.

• Ability to engage with clients at both technical and business level.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership ability in cross-functional environments.

• Initiative, proactivity and results orientation.

• Interest in innovation and market trends.

• At least 10 years of experience, valued in consulting/technology.

• Fluent English for professional environments. Other languages valued.
