You are given great opportunity to influence and develop the focus of the role and its interfaces with other colleagues and departments.
You will be a key player in Norteam's support organisation, and your primary focus will be to use your technical strength and experience to support our support organisation and other delivery departments. You are the one who takes over when tickets & various technical problems are at their most complex, and you are the one who has the overall perspective and can connect separate incidents with each other and work towards solutions to several problems at once. You are an important knowledge resource for the whole organisation and you actively contribute to raising the quality of our deliveries.
You need to be technically both broad and deep, in combination with a high degree of personal maturity and the ability to take independent responsibility and drive matters from start to finish.

Solve advanced technical problems within Microsoft sysadmin, networking, servers and applications
Carry out root cause analyses and implement long-term solutions
Further develop ITIL methodology in our support organisation with a focus on Problem & Change Management
Work with public cloud solutions within Microsoft, such as Azure and M365
Take part in and lead technical projects concerning system upgrades, migrations and technical development
Document solutions and contribute to our internal knowledge base
Be a mentor and technical support for First and Second Line
Work with automation and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)
Ensure that our customers' IT environments are stable, secure and scalable
Who are we looking for?
You are an experienced IT consultant with several years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure and complex troubleshooting - ideally in roles such as IT consultant, IT architect or other senior roles within IT Operations. You have deep and broad technical competence, but also a strong sense of service and communication.

You probably have:
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure/Intune
Experience of public cloud solutions and/or virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting
Experience of working with security, backup and access management
Experience of network troubleshooting, firewalls, VPN and WiFi
A good understanding of organisational structures and permission management
Worked on the further development of the customer and their IT environment
Very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written
A big plus if you also have:
Understanding of and experience with ITIL and creating relevant documentation
Certifications from Microsoft or similar
Experience of Linux, SQL, VDI solutions
Experience of Cloud automation and CloudOps
