As an SAP IS-U Functional Expert, you are the functional reference person for the processes "from meter to cash": energy contracts and sales, billing, exchanges with network operators, payments and debt recovery.

You analyse business requirements, validate proposed solutions, secure system developments and support business teams day to day, within a centre of expertise or a Design Authority.

Billing & distributor exchanges (SAP IS-U Billing / Device Management)

• Lead functional expertise on energy billing processes (electricity, gas)

• Manage exchanges with network operators (Enedis, GRDF, etc.)

• Oversee meter management and readings (Device Management)

• Analyse and resolve complex billing anomalies

Collection, debt recovery & payments (SAP FI-CA)

• Ensure the smooth running of financial processes: collection, debt recovery and receivables management

• Manage payments, reminders and disputes

• Ensure consistency of interfaces between SAP FI and SAP FI-CA

Experience & background

• 8 to 15 years of SAP experience, including solid experience on SAP IS-U (ideally 10 years for the Billing part)

• Strong expertise in at least one of the areas: SAP IS-U Billing / Device Management, SAP FI-CA, SAP IS-U SD

• Very good knowledge of energy market processes

• Experience in a Design Authority or centre of expertise is an asset
