Manager - Finance

We are looking for Finance Managers to work on transformation challenges within the management control teams, accounting teams, scarce resources teams (Solvency and Liquidity) and ALM steering.

Your role:
As a Manager you will work within our clients' Finance departments on consulting assignments of various kinds:

• Upstream study scoping,
• Leading and implementing major transformation programmes sponsored by the executive management or senior management of finance departments,
• Process improvement and strengthening of operational efficiency.
• Implementation of new regulatory requirements

The qualities we are looking for:

• Good expertise of the banking environment and of finance function transformation topics within financial or banking institutions.
  • Knowledge of regulations: IRRBB, NDOD, BIRD, Daily Liquidity Crisis, RWA Optimisation
  • Process review and operational efficiency
  • Target Operating Model
  • Implementation of regulatory reporting (Corep, Finrep and Pillar 3)
  • Model review in Liquidity and Solvency,
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team spirit; you want to actively support the growth of a dynamic consultancy that values hands-on management, and you are known for your flexibility and creativity.
• A good appetite for and mobility to work with an internationally oriented network of consultants serving our clients in France and abroad. Command of French and English as working languages is essential.
• At least 7 years' experience in a consultancy, or in project management within a financial institution. You hold a Bac+5 degree from a business school, engineering school or university.
