You will be responsible for:
Developing business by taking part in winning new clients and defining new service models following a growth strategy, supporting and working closely with the sales team on one side and the operations team on the other.
Taking part in defining the business strategy and growth of the business line, co-defining with operations and sales management the service portfolio of the assigned areas and the annual operating plan.
Managing commercial alliances and relationships with technology partners, in particular with the hyperscalers.
Contributing to the definition and management of the budget allocated to the area's activities, carrying out correct control and regular monitoring of it to ensure compliance.
Proactive participation in innovation initiatives within the area and collaboration on initiatives from other areas, establishing synergies with other Business Lines within the company.
Marketing and Communications: Identifying and organising events related to your business line(s), working closely with the company's Marketing and Communications department.
To join our team we expect you to:
Have extensive experience and knowledge of:
Cloud infrastructure and services management (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
Public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), on-premise infrastructure (data centre) and hybrid solutions.
Cloud migration and support for the transformation of cloud-native applications, infrastructure as code and serverless / FaaS.
Configuration of services supporting Data and Artificial Intelligence.
Optimisation of cloud services and infrastructure, FinOps.
Technology strategy and planning.
Obtaining and managing partner incentives and funds.
Have a multidisciplinary profile, who has been technical and led projects, but who has also been leading business development and/or sales work.
Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Initiative, empathy, strong communication skills and flexibility.
Active listening skills
Client, quality and results orientation.
Excellent client-facing skills with good communication and persuasion skills.
Able to build a value proposition around our service offering.
Able to conceptualise solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Ability to coordinate promotional events and marketing activities within the scope of the service portfolio.
Passion for learning and keeping up to date with the latest market trends in the field of their line of activity.
At least 10 years' experience, preferably in consulting firms.
Conversational English.
