As part of a project with one of our clients, a major banking group, we are looking for a candidate for the following position: Telephony Incidents / Oracle SBC Expert (M/F) - Paris / Lyon.

You will contribute to the operation of the telephony services of a major banking group and to the deployment and migration operations of number ranges.

Your impact

• Carry out daily operational checks and supervise the services.
• Handle incidents and service requests.
• Diagnose malfunctions and coordinate their resolution.
• Ensure the operation of technical telephony components.
• Take part in the deployments and migrations of number ranges.
• Document actions and share useful information with other team members.

Your profile

You have at least 9 years of professional experience after graduation in this field. Internships and work-study placements do not count towards this period.

• Proven incident management experience is essential.
• Expertise in Oracle Session Border Controllers is expected.
• Good knowledge of the SIP protocol.
• Knowledge of the E.164 numbering standard.

You know how to analyse needs, communicate clearly and work with business and technical teams.

Project conditions

Location: Paris / Lyon.

On-call duty outside standard working hours is planned.

Remuneration

Between €46,400 and €58,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and expertise.
