Do you have at least 10 years of practical professional experience in real estate valuation and have you built a clear focus on the valuation of specialist properties?
Are you familiar with the particularities of complex property types, operator structures and usage concepts, and can you also assess demanding valuation cases confidently and independently?

What do we expect from you?

• Independent preparation and review of market and mortgage lending value assessments, particularly for specialist properties such as hotels, clinics, cinemas, equestrian facilities and comparable property types
• Analysis of complex property, operator and usage concepts, taking into account economic, location-related and market-driven influencing factors
• Independent handling of demanding valuation mandates and professional assessment of complex valuation cases
• Ensuring the technically correct application of relevant valuation methods as well as banking-specific and regulatory requirements
• Carrying out plausibility checks of existing valuation reports and assessing the underlying valuation approaches
• Research, preparation and analysis of relevant market, comparable and property data
• Contributing to the further development of internal valuation and quality assurance processes
• Maintenance and further development of quality-relevant databases and documentation standards
• Close collaboration with internal departments and confident communication with clients, appraisers and other external contacts
• Carrying out and accompanying property inspections

What do you already bring?

• At least 10 years of practical professional experience in real estate valuation
• Solid practical experience in the valuation of specialist properties and complex property types
• Recognised certification in real estate valuation, e.g. ZIS Sprengnetter Zert WG or AI, HypZert F or a comparable certification under DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024
• Sound knowledge of determining market and mortgage lending values
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to assess complex matters in a structured and comprehensible way
• High quality standards and a careful, independent way of working
• Confident presence and professional communication with internal and external contacts
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with industry-specific valuation software
• Driving licence class B
• Openness to using modern AI tools to support research, analysis and work processes
