What do we value?

At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Lead in:

• Design, estimation, risk management and implementation of enterprise solutions in complex technology environments.

• Definition and governance of enterprise architectures, including microservices, reactive and event-driven architectures.

• Technical leadership of multidisciplinary teams and extensive experience working with agile methodologies.

• Experience in digital transformation, definition of technology roadmaps and modernisation of enterprise applications.

• Advanced knowledge of security, observability and DevSecOps practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud), containers and orchestration using Kubernetes, OpenShift or other equivalent technologies.

• Experience in designing and implementing integration strategies, API enablement and API governance.

• Solid knowledge of distributed messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), relational and non-relational databases, and continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools.

• Experience in Generative Artificial Intelligence, Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering and use of LLM models to accelerate development and the generation of enterprise solutions.

• Ability to communicate complex solutions both to technical profiles and to business and executive managers.

• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, analytical capability and prioritisation skills.

What would your responsibilities be?

• Technology Strategy Definition: Actively participate in defining and evolving the overall technology strategy of atSistemas, working in a coordinated way with the company's Technology Communities.

• Technical Leadership in Services: Technically lead high-value projects and services, ensuring the quality of solutions, the correct making of architectural decisions and the management of associated risks.

• Innovation and Technology Evolution: Drive innovation as a differentiating element, identifying new technologies, architectures and ways of working that add value for clients and teams.

• Business Development: Participate in business development initiatives through the technical leadership of PoCs, evaluation of technology partners, review of proposals and definition of differentiated solutions.

• Strategic Technical Pre-Sales: Lead high-value pre-sales, collaborating with different technology communities, supporting commercial actions, delivering executive presentations and defending the proposed solutions to clients.

• Architecture and Digital Transformation: Define target architectures, design digital transformation roadmaps and support clients in their technology evolution processes.

• API Governance and Integration: Design API enablement strategies, API governance and integration solutions based on leading market platforms and tools.

• Artificial Intelligence and New Capabilities: Promote the use of Generative AI, LLMs and AI-assisted development to increase efficiency in design, development and operation processes.

• Knowledge Sharing and Brand: Participate in communication, training, technical marketing and content generation initiatives that strengthen the company's technology brand.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with technical, commercial and business teams to ensure the success of the organisation's strategic initiatives.
