Job Description - AI Engagement Lead
About the role: We are looking for an AI Engagement Lead to drive the adoption of AI across the organisation. The role leads our AI community, makes sure people have the skills and support to use AI well, and keeps leadership updated on progress and value.
The person will be responsible for:
1. Building and managing a network of AI advocates across different business functions: Running onboarding, engagement and regular community sessions.
2. Coordinating communications, training, workshops and enablement activities.
3. Working with business teams to identify and maintain visibility of AI initiatives and use cases.
4. Driving AI adoption across functions.
5. Tracking value realisation, benefits and adoption metrics.
6. Creating dashboards, reports and updates for senior leadership.
7. Following up with stakeholders and ensuring actions actually get closed Coordinating with AI, technology, governance and business teams.
8. Developing playbooks, templates, toolkits and practical guidance for the community.
9. Managing the programme calendar, milestones, communications and overall execution.
The ideal candidate:
- 10+ years experience in digital adoption, change management, learning & development or technology enablement.
- Has run adoption or community programmes in large, multi-department organizations Good working knowledge of generative AI tools and responsible AI principles
- Confident working with senior leadership and a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong communicator who can explain AI simply to non-technical audiences
- Highly organised, takes ownership and follows things through to completion
- Comfortable building dashboards and reports to track progress and impact Nice to have Change management certification (e.g. Prosci)
- Experience in UAE government or semi-government entities
- Arabic language skills
