Role descriptionDelray is looking for an independent estimator who can work with estimating in all project phases. In the role, the candidate is also expected to act as project leader, independently lead and steer projects and assignments with their own resources, and be responsible for client contact.
Our assignments range from smaller ÄTA investigations to large infrastructure projects in the billion-kronor class.
As an estimator, you are also expected to help our clients with optimisation and streamlining of project costs. This requires a good understanding of production, production methods and cost-driving factors in construction and civil engineering projects.
QualificationsAt least 10 years of total working experience in the construction and civil engineering industry, with a clear focus on and understanding of estimating, as well as practical experience of estimating work in construction and civil engineering projects.
Experience of working in production on the contracting side
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
Good knowledge of MAP Kalkyl or other relevant estimating software
Experience of working with financial risks and opportunities in projects
Experience from large infrastructure projects
Experience of estimating work in several project phases
Good knowledge of construction contract law
Experience from production-related roles, for example as project engineer, project economist or production planner
Experience of working in production on the contracting side
