As Project Director, you are the guarantor of the strategic and technical success of our Key Accounts projects. In an international environment, you bring together cross-functional teams around innovative and complex solutions.

Your responsibilities

Governance & Management: You master the lifecycle of large-scale SaaS projects for our strategic clients, ensuring an absolute respect of the Quality / Cost / Time triangle.

Key Account Relations: A true ambassador, you embody Orisha's expertise with the IT and Business departments of our clients, building a climate of trust and partnership.

AI Adoption & Innovation: You support our clients in adopting AI-boosted features (stock optimisation, customer personalisation, predictive analysis) and ensure their concrete integration into their business processes.

Agile Methodology: You lead the Agile ceremonies to ensure iterative deliveries and maintain strong responsiveness to technological change.

Cross-Functional Coordination: You lead and bring together internal teams (product, tech, deployment) to ensure the smooth running and success of implementations.

Who are you?

• An experienced profile, you have solid experience managing complex SaaS projects, with an essential expertise in the Retail sector.

• You master the Agile methodology and have a detailed understanding of the Data and AI challenges applied to commerce (data exploitation, automation).

• With a strong sensitivity to innovation, you ideally have practical experience on projects involving Artificial Intelligence.

• Calm and resilient, your professionalism is a guarantee of serenity on high-pressure files.

• You are recognised for your reliability, rigour, and your ability to always keep your commitments.

• You are comfortable working and communicating in an international environment.
