We are looking to appoint an Assembly Director with a strategic vision and a solid track record in site management to lead the execution of large-scale projects and contribute to the growth of an industrial organisation in full evolution.

What is your mission?

You will be responsible for directing assembly and construction activity, ensuring efficient, safe and profitable execution of projects from their start to final handover. Your objective will be to ensure compliance with quality, safety, deadline and profitability standards, leading coordination between the different areas involved and promoting continuous improvement of processes.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the full execution of multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety requirements.

• Supervise the profitability of sites and the financial control of projects.

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and external collaborators.

• Optimise the planning and use of human and material resources.

• Drive the standardisation of processes and working methodologies.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the execution phase.

• Implement management indicators and tools that support data-based decision-making.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Profile we are looking for

• Education: Civil Engineering (Caminos, Canales y Puertos); Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; Technical Architecture or equivalent technical qualification.

• More than 10 years of experience in industrial construction, civil works or complex industrial environments.

• Established experience in Site Management, Construction Management or Assembly Management positions.

• Experience in financial control, profitability and cost management.

• Highly valued experience in industrialised construction, precast concrete structures, logistics centres, industrial projects or data centres.

Languages

• Bilingual or native Spanish.

• Advanced English, with the ability to lead technical meetings.

• French or Portuguese an advantage.
