GetCamping is looking for a commercially minded and proactive CEO who wants to develop the business, lead the team and create profitable growth. Here you get a broad role in an e-commerce company within the Online Brands group, with short decision-making paths and great opportunities to influence the development of the business.

Your new job

As CEO of GetCamping you have overall responsibility for the development and results of the business. You drive sales forward, identify business opportunities and ensure the business develops with a focus on growth and profitability.

An important part of the assignment is to understand and develop the whole business, from range, pricing and purchasing to stock management, margins and the customer experience. You follow up key figures and financial results and turn analyses into concrete decisions that strengthen profitability. You also work on developing efficient processes and ensuring that digital systems and tools support the business's needs.

You lead a team of three people, with more employees during the summer, within areas including warehouse and customer service. You are responsible for the business functioning well day to day and for the team having clear goals and the right conditions. The role combines overall business responsibility with close involvement in the operational activities.

Initially, an important part of the assignment will be to develop the organisation and recruit an operations manager responsible for the warehouse and daily operations. As part of the Online Brands group, you will also work in collaboration with the group's other businesses and make use of opportunities for knowledge exchange and development.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a good commercial understanding, who know how sales, stock, capital tied up and margins affect the business's profitability. You have experience of leading and developing a business, preferably within e-commerce, retail or another business where sales, product flows and stock are central.

Perhaps you have been a store manager, e-commerce manager, operations manager or run a smaller company. Your job title is less important than your ability to take overall responsibility, see business opportunities and turn them into results. You have a good digital understanding, are used to working in various business systems and can use key figures and analyses as a basis for decisions.

As a leader you are unpretentious, clear and committed. You take initiative, make decisions and drive the work forward, while also being receptive and keen to create good collaboration. You thrive in a smaller organisation where you need to move between strategic issues and practical challenges, and where it is natural to help each other when needed.
