  • Build and mentor the HR team as the organization scales.

Requirements
  • Proven experience building or transforming an HR function from the ground up.
  • Strong experience working in high-growth start-ups or rapidly scaling organizations (highly preferred).
  • Experience partnering directly with founders, executives, and senior leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
  • Experience developing HR policies, frameworks, and scalable processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in fintech, technology, SaaS, or other high-growth industries.
  • Experience scaling organizations through multiple growth phases.
  • Strong understanding of HR technology and people analytics.

What We're Looking For
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Passion for creating exceptional employee experiences.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset.
  • Ability to influence, challenge, and collaborate with senior leadership.
  • Results-driven with a focus on execution and continuous improvement.
