About the role
Position: AI Adoption lead
Location: UAE- AUH
Role Summary:
Change & Adoption professional who can lead an enterprise-wide AI adoption and governance initiative in Abu Dhabi.
We need someone who is excellent at bringing people together, driving engagement, creating structure and making programmes actually work across a large Organization.
The person will be responsible for:
Building and managing a network of AI advocates across different business functions
Running onboarding, engagement and regular community sessions
Coordinating communications, training, workshops and enablement activities
Working with business teams to identify and maintain visibility of AI initiatives and use cases
Driving AI adoption across functions
Tracking value realisation, benefits and adoption metrics
Creating dashboards, reports and updates for senior leadership
Following up with stakeholders and ensuring actions actually get closed
Coordinating with AI, technology, governance and business teams
Developing playbooks, templates, toolkits and practical guidance for the community
Managing the programme calendar, milestones, communications and overall execution
The ideal candidate
Someone with approximately 5-10 years of experience across programme management, digital transformation, change management, innovation, AI adoption or similar roles.
You should be:
Extremely organised and strong at execution
Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
A very good communicator and facilitator
Comfortable managing multiple business functions simultaneously
Able to turn broad ideas into structured plans, trackers and measurable outcomes
Familiar with AI / GenAI concepts - you do not need to be a data scientist
Strong with PowerPoint, Excel and programme reporting
Proactive enough to chase actions rather than wait for updates
Experience running communities of practice, ambassador networks, digital adoption programmes, innovation programmes or enterprise transformation initiatives would be particularly valuable.
