Revenue Operations Manager
Sibill Srl
Required skills
About the role
Translated into English from Italian by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
About us
In Italy, managing the finances of an SME or an accounting firm means dealing with tools that don’t talk to each other, chasing invoices and bank statements, and going crazy over deadlines.
The result? Wasted time, decisions made too late, zero growth.
Sibill changes all this: invoicing, payments, treasury and accounting for SMEs and chartered accountants, all in a single platform powered by artificial intelligence.
Today over 5,000 companies and more than 300 firms work with Sibill. In 2025 we closed a €12 million round led by Creandum, the fund that believed in Spotify, Klarna and Trade Republic.
Our values are ambition, pragmatism, efficiency and integrity. Translated: never settle, cut unnecessary meetings, tell the client immediately when there is a problem, give honest feedback even to your own manager.
To grow, we look for curious people, able to simplify complexity and to challenge the status quo, in other words “cazzimma”.
If what you have read has sparked even a little interest, apply: a team of over 130 talented people awaits you.
The role
You will be the first person dedicated to Revenue Operations at Sibill - and the first in the Data & Tech team to build this bridge between data, systems and commercial growth. You will report directly to Dario, CDTO and Cofounder (how cool is that, yes).
You will work closely with the founders and with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to align people, data and tools towards efficient and predictable growth.
Being the first on this team means being present: in the coming months we expect you in the office more often than usual, to immerse yourself in the dynamics, understand how we really work and build the right foundations. Once you have the context, your contribution will also be helping us understand how and when to grow the RevOps team.
Here your work does not stay behind the scenes: you enable decisions, accelerate sales and create order where it is needed - thanks to technology and AI.
What you will do
Stack & systems
Evolve the RevOps stack (CRM, automations, integrations), guiding Sibill towards the design and execution of AI-native processes on the GTM motion
Automate lead routing, deal flow and SLAs
Integrate Marketing, Sales and CS without gaps in the funnel
Data & metrics
Govern the funnel end-to-end: MQL → SQL → Closed Won → Expansion
Build dashboards and KPIs on pipeline, conversions, forecast accuracy and cycle time
Ensure CRM hygiene and data quality on an ongoing basis
Support weekly forecasting with clear signals on risks and stalled deals
Processes & playbooks
Document scalable Sales and CS processes, reducing dependence on informal knowledge
Define pipeline governance: stages, mandatory fields, next steps, close dates
Create operational playbooks and best practices for the Sales team
Train the team on the correct use of the tools
Strategy & growth
Design and manage A/B experiments on messages, sequences, pricing and onboarding - with methodological rigour, not by instinct
Bring strategic insights on the market, competitors and growth levers
Support decisions on territory planning, comp design and GTM
You are the right person if
Before you read on: if your profile does not match 100% of what is described, but you recognise your skills and what you are looking for in these activities, go ahead anyway!
You have 8-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM Ops (bonus points if in B2B SaaS environments)
You have worked in depth with HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio and other modern CRMs. You have not only used them, but also designed them
You have strong analytical skills: you know how to use SQL to extract and manipulate data
You know SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, payback period
You have already improved data quality and adoption of Sales processes in a team
You are an early adopter: you have already used AI tools in Sales, Marketing or CS (e.g. Clay, Gong, Apollo, Unify for sequences or scoring) and you know how to distinguish where AI adds real value from where it is just hype
You know how to act as a connector between teams and systems: you are tech-savvy enough to talk with developers, business fluent enough to talk with Sales and CS - and you have already managed integrations between CRM, marketing automation and BI
You speak English fluently
Plus: experience with Apollo, Clearbit, Chili Piper, Segment. Experience in early-stage or scale-up environments.
Mindset
You like a blank page: building from scratch does not scare you, it motivates you
You explore new tools, automate, and find creative workarounds
You have a rigorous approach to A/B testing: clear hypotheses, the right metrics, conclusions without bias
You know how to balance strategic vision and concrete execution
What we offer
Gross annual salary: 65-80K + bonus
Meal vouchers (€8/day)
Hybrid work (based in Milan) with 3 days in the office per week
Welfare budget
At Sibill you work hard, but with real impact.
And yes - people here tend to be happy. That is not a given.
Company culture
A smart, motivated and collaborative team
A lot of autonomy, visibility and rapid personal growth
A product that really makes a difference
Selection process
Interview with Lucia, from the People Team (30’)
Interview with Isabella, Head of Data, or Dario, CDTO and Cofounder (30')
Final interview in person
