We are looking for a Senior Backend Java with a strong technical foundation and leadership skills to join an international project within the People area of a large multinational in the retail sector.

This is a newly created project, with a great deal of autonomy, where you will have the opportunity to define the architecture from scratch and work with modern technologies in a dynamic environment.

🧠 What will you do?

• Design the backend architecture of the product

• Define and develop APIs (API First)

• Ensure code quality (clean code, testing, good practices)

• Take an active part in development (this is not a purely management role)

• Collaborate closely with frontend and other teams

• Drive the use of AI in the software development lifecycle

• Work in an agile environment with a Spec Driven Development (SDD) approach

✅ Requirements

• Solid experience as a Backend Java (Senior)

• Mastery of Spring Boot and microservices

• Experience in designing scalable architectures

• Knowledge of Kafka or messaging systems

• Good practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD

• Experience with APIs and distributed environments
