A subsidiary of Louis Hachette Group (via the Lagardère group), listed on Euronext Growth, we combine the strength of an international group with local expertise, close to the regions and to travellers.

Why join us

You will work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, within a global headquarters at the heart of strategic decisions.

Joining Lagardère Travel Retail means joining an international group in full transformation, combining growth, development and sustainable ambition through the PEPS programme.

Your role

Reporting to the Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer in charge of Transformation, Processes and Reporting, you will lead Finance transformation projects on an international scale. As the real interface between the Finance and IT teams, you will contribute to the evolution of processes, tools and ways of working in order to support the performance and transformation of the Group.

You will play a central role in the deployment of the SAP Finance Core Model, the evolution of the SAP ecosystem and supporting teams in adopting new tools and processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the integration of new entities into the Group's Finance tools.

  • Coordinate SAP evolution and upgrade projects.

  • Gather, analyse and formalise the needs of Finance teams.

  • Translate business challenges into functional solutions and challenge the proposals of IT teams and external partners.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes and tools.

  • Identify malfunctions, lead corrective actions and optimise reference data and business rules.

  • Support users through training, support and change management actions.

  • Foster collaboration between Finance, IT and international subsidiaries.

  • Manage and lead a team dedicated to Finance projects and processes.

  • Provide reporting to the Finance Department and the various stakeholders.

Profile sought

  • Higher education in Finance, Management Control, Accounting or Information Systems.

  • Proven experience (minimum 15 years) in Finance transformation, Finance AMOA, ERP project management or financial process optimisation.

  • Solid experience in leading international projects and deploying SAP solutions at large scale.

  • Mastery of SAP Finance (FI/CO) and good knowledge of accounting processes, management control and treasury.

  • Experience in AMOA and ability to interact with business and technical stakeholders.

  • Knowledge of project management and change management methodologies.

  • Fluent English essential in an international context.

Beyond your technical skills, you are recognised for your leadership, analytical mind, ability to unite multidisciplinary teams and comfort in transforming environments. Pragmatic, autonomous and results-oriented, you know how to support change and move projects forward in a demanding international context.
