Deployment Project Manager

Context

Our series A fundraising of 30 million euros completed in 2022 has allowed us to welcome new colleagues to continue our growth. We pay particular attention to the onboarding and professional development of the new colleagues who join us.

To best meet our clients' challenges and strengthen the Deployment team (CSD), we are recruiting a Project Manager.


Your role

Reporting to the Client Success & Delivery team and in coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Product teams, you will manage the project to deploy our solution at clients.

As Deployment Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

-  Managing the deployment of our Whoz solution at our international clients, from the scoping phase to going live

- Building and tracking project plans in liaison with clients and internal teams

- Setting up and running project governance bodies (steering committees, weekly meetings, reporting…)

- Managing risks, alerts and escalations, anticipating blockages and proposing action plans

- Gathering clients' business requirements and challenging their processes

- Defining the solution configuration best suited to the client's context and processes, as a functional expert.

- Working closely internally with the Product and Client Success teams and externally with the client's integration teams to ensure overall coherence and project success

- Supporting change on the client side (training, documentation, communication)

Your profile

• You have  4 to more than 15 years of experience in functional project management or consulting
• Significant experience in a consulting firm or an IT services company (ESN)
• You are comfortable in multicultural and multi-site environments,
• You know how to structure and manage complex projects, with rigour and agility,
• You master project management tools and have an appetite for tech/production topics,
• You speak English professionally (our clients are present around the world).
• Diplomacy and listening skills, writing ability and a sense of communication
