Your missions:

Within the IT team, you will be in charge of the development, administration and evolution of Microsoft Business Central, as well as its integration ecosystem.

• BC development in AL: you develop and maintain customisations of our ERP in the AL language: table extensions, codeunits, reports, integration of Finance, Supply Chain and B2B business processes. You work directly with the operational teams.

• Integrations & flows: you design, deploy and maintain the integration flows between BC and our tools (Shopify, Pennylane, Colect.io, ANVEO/EDI, Dataverse) via Logic Apps. You diagnose production incidents and propose improvements in terms of monitoring and robustness.

• IS co-piloting: together with our Integration Engineer, you co-build the IS roadmap. You identify improvement topics, prioritise them and carry them through to production. You back each other up: every IS topic must be able to be handled by either of you.

🤝 The context: The IT department has been built from scratch since 2023: infrastructure, governance, technical stack, team. The team today consists of 5 people: an IS expert, two Analytics Engineers, a SysAdmin and a CTO. No technical debt. No ageing Navision. A 100% cloud stack, up to date, with real growth ambitions.

Skills 🦾

• ERP & Development: mastery of Microsoft Business Central, administration, customisation and experienced AL development. Good knowledge of BC objects (tables, pages, reports, codeunits, APIs, Event Subscribers). Migration / upgrade experience appreciated.

• Integration: ability to design and maintain flows between systems via Logic Apps, REST APIs, webhooks or equivalent tools. Knowledge of EDI, Shopify or Dynamics 365 / Dataverse appreciated.

• Quality: rigour in technical documentation, structuring of user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing topics via Jira (tickets, backlog, sprints).

• AI culture: strong interest in AI-assisted tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot) and a desire to make them a lever for efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Autonomy: quick grasp of the role, ability to be operational fast, to identify areas for improvement and to propose concrete solutions.

• Business communication: ability to translate technical topics into clear language for the Finance, Supply and B2B teams and to smooth exchanges between business and IT.

• Rigour: reliability in execution, respect for commitments made and a sense of priorities.

• Adaptability: comfortable in a fast-changing environment, team spirit, ability to challenge and be challenged in a constructive way.

Profile sought 🥸

• You have at least 7 years of experience in high-stakes business IS / ERP environments.

• You have proven expertise in Microsoft Business Central or Navision: administration, customisation and AL development.

• Integration topics don't scare you: you master Logic Apps / Power Automate or an equivalent tool (Boomi, Talend, Mulesoft) and you know how to quickly ramp up on a new environment.

• You have a genuine ownership mindset: you take charge of IS flows end to end, independently, with demanding stakeholders and in sometimes pressured contexts.

• Complex architectures are familiar to you: you know how to make an ERP, a CRM, an e-commerce platform and EDI flows talk to each other without losing the thread.

• You are comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment, where decisions are made quickly and efficiency takes precedence over cumbersome processes.

• You have the interpersonal maturity needed to be the direct IS contact for business teams, to understand their challenges and support them without permanent managerial backing.
