ISS International S.p.A. is recruiting a QC Mechanical Supervisor for an assignment at a leading process/production site in the Venice area

The role holds responsibility for supervising all Quality Control activities relating to mechanical disciplines, with particular reference to: Rotating machinery, Package equipment, Static equipment and Mechanical auxiliary systems.

• Supervise QC Mechanical inspectors, package equipment specialists and Third Party inspection activities.

• Support the QA/QC Manager in defining inspection priorities and report critical deviations

• Monitor the application of PQP, QCP, ITP and project procedures.

• Verify and supervise that installation, storage, handling and assembly of rotating machinery, static equipment and package equipment comply with the manufacturer's instructions and approved documentation.

• Ensure completion of construction activities, verification of the quality of mechanical installations, preparation of Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), verification of Mechanical Completion Dossiers (MCD), closure of category A and B punch lists, and transfer of documentation to the Commissioning team.

• Request the issue of NCRs, verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and support Root Cause Analysis and Lessons Learned. Verify completeness, correctness and archiving of Quality Records, with particular reference to: Inspection Reports, Release Notes, Material Certificates, Mechanical Test Reports, Vendor Reports, Preservation Records, Alignment Reports, Punch Lists.

• At least 10 years of experience in Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas plants, or similar

• At least 5 years in Mechanical QC roles with direct experience on rotating machinery and package equipment

• Technical knowledge: ASME, API, ISO 9001, ISO 1940, ISO 10816 / ISO 20816, Mechanical Completion Systems

• Expected salary range: indicative RAL (gross annual salary) between €30,000 and €35,000, defined on the basis of experience, skills and applicable classification, according to objective criteria that are neutral with respect to gender.

• Additional economic benefits (Superminimo, etc...): will be assessed according to the professional profile, experience and specific conditions applicable to the project.

• Board, accommodation and transport: are not provided and remain the responsibility of the candidate. Allowances will be provided according to the candidate's needs.
