The Consulting & Engineering division (CI) of I-TRACING works on our historic areas of expertise, consulting and solutions integration. Within this CI division, the Cybersecurity Solutions Integration (CSI) team is currently recruiting an experienced Data Security Engineer, who will take on key assignments with major corporate clients and address a range of topics depending on the context of the assignments.

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Defining and deploying the data protection policy of your clients

• Defining and deploying a governance framework (roles, committees, …) for business departments

• Identifying and mapping the uses of sensitive data, then defining the protection measures to apply according to uses, data and business contexts

• Preparing compliance programmes using a risk-based approach

• Leading and carrying out audits at clients' sites, and analysing gaps against company policy and regulations

• Raising awareness and training staff, and educating client management on data protection issues

• Maintaining continuous legal monitoring of legal issues related to data protection

• Supporting your clients in choosing technologies and tools, based on market studies carried out beforehand

• Building relationships of trust with client contacts to sustain and develop the commercial relationship

• Interfacing with a variety of client contacts (CIO, CISO, HR, legal, business teams, …)

How do you know if you can join us?

• You hold a degree from an engineering school or a university master's with a specialisation in information systems security

• You have a solid foundation in system, network and security fundamentals

• You have a first experience (internship / work-study / permanent contract) as a consultant in the information systems security services field, ideally in data protection

• You have already demonstrated strong project management skills

• You have the essential qualities for a consultant: curiosity, rigour, autonomy, organisation

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills

• A true team player, you have a collective mindset and will be able to make proposals to the team
