Tech Lead + SDD + Claude (Hybrid Madrid - Banking Sector)

At knowmad mood we continue to drive high-impact technology projects and are looking to welcome a Technical Leader (with experience working with SDD and with Claude) to take part as technical lead on an Artificial Intelligence project for a major banking institution, supported by multidisciplinary profiles (architects, developers...) and with direct interaction with the client.

We are looking for a senior profile, with a solid technical foundation in software development and real experience making architecture design decisions, having defined end-to-end projects, able to lead teams and evolve complex technical solutions.

This is a hybrid position, in the Barrio de Salamanca area, Madrid.

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience working with SDD (Spec-Driven Development) with Claude.

• Experience working in the banking sector, as well as carrying out integrations with core banking.

• Experience as a software/solutions architect for at least 10 years in the design, estimation, risk management and implementation of enterprise solutions using different technologies. 

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Technical Lead, with team leadership skills as well as extensive experience in agile methodologies. 

• Experience defining architectures and developing applications under the microservices, APIs, events and resilient systems paradigm.

• Experience working with Java/Spring, Python/Flask, NodeJs/Typescript.

• Creativity and sensitivity towards innovation and the initiative to propose and lead new ways of working or organising teams. 

• Proven ability to take on management responsibilities, team leadership and client relationship management.

• Experience in fixed-price projects.

• Focus on software quality and continuous improvement of development processes.
