Main responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the network infrastructure (EVPN/VXLAN, Cisco Nexus, F5).

• Provide N2/N3 support and resolve complex network incidents.

• Carry out platform health checks, analyses and diagnostics.

• Manage network changes in compliance with ITIL processes.

• Take part in continuous improvement, automation and documentation.

• Collaborate with the Cloud, Security and Infrastructure teams.

Profile sought Technical skills

• Cisco EVPN/VXLAN (advanced to expert level)

• BGP, OSPF, PIM, VRF

• Cisco Nexus / NX-OS

• F5 BIG-IP (LTM, WAF)

• OpenStack Neutron

• Network security and segmentation

• Monitoring and traffic analysis

• Automation (Ansible, Git)

• ITIL / ServiceNow

Applied and interpersonal skills

• Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills

• Rigour and adherence to procedures

• Ability to handle critical incidents

• Team spirit and a service-oriented mindset

• Good communication in French and English

Experience and education

• Minimum 7 years' experience in network operations

• Hands-on experience in a production environment is essential

• Experience in data centres, private cloud or managed services is appreciated

• CCNP Enterprise/Data Center and ITIL Foundation are assets

• F5, Fortinet or OpenStack certifications are appreciated
