- Formulate complete decision rationales, including impact assessments and potential trade-offs.
- Lead governance processes for decision-making, involving key stakeholders within and outside your scope where necessary.
- Communicate portfolio updates, rankings and decisions effectively across the whole organisation using established routines and deliverables that you will maintain.
- Provide clear insight into the logic behind decisions to improve organisational understanding.
- Working with Finance Controllers and Management teams, provide solid support to your scope throughout the annual budget cycle, from articulating budget needs to submission and allocation.
- Ensure regular and systematic forecasting and monitoring of resource allocation in order to optimise its use.
- Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management.
- Actively engage with the wider PMO community, providing constructive feedback, sharing best practices and encouraging continuous improvement.
What you will bring
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project, programme or portfolio management.
- Experience in portfolio management.
- Programme leadership experience - leading large-scale programmes and guiding project managers.
- Strong skills in project and programme management processes in Digital environments - experience working in large organisations with large-scale projects and programmes.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to convey key messages and actions effectively at all levels of the organisation, both in writing and orally.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - experience working with complex stakeholder ecosystems and the ability to quickly build trusted relationships across disciplines and hierarchies.
- Strategic thinking - ability to balance a long-term vision with short and medium-term objectives.
- Adaptability and resilience - ability and willingness to engage in a rapidly changing international environment.
- Problem-solving skills - passion for creative problem-solving, the ability to start small (starting small), to "fail fast" (failing fast), and to apply lessons learned.

- Free choice of work equipment (Mac, Windows).
- A local PMO team integrated into a broader, cross-functional Digital team, within a global network (international career path).
