What you'll do

You will join the Engineering team and work on the entire product development cycle, helping to design, build and improve features used every day by our customers.

In practice, you will be responsible for:

• designing and developing features end-to-end, from idea to release, and measuring their real impact on users

• evolving the codebase and infrastructure, keeping them fast, maintainable and reliable as volumes and the product range grow

• carrying out code reviews and bringing your best practices to the team, learning from its own

• working every day with the product, data, design, infra, tech support and other teams to turn complex problems into simple solutions

Who we're looking for

We are looking for a person with at least 8 years of experience in software development, who is curious, pragmatic and eager to build.

We would love it if you had:

• experience in full stack development and an interest in deepening your knowledge of functional programming. We mainly work with Elixir (backend), TypeScript (frontend) and Python (data/AI);

• experience with databases, storage services and data architectures;

• you are “AI-pilled”. You have already used, and continue to use, AI to improve speed AND quality;

• business acumen. You are interested in building solutions that improve the lives of your customers and grow your company, at the same time;

• experience working in cross-functional teams at product companies. We particularly value those who have already worked at startups or fast-growing companies, where speed, autonomy and adaptability are part of everyday life;

• excellent knowledge of Italian and English.
