AUCTUS Capital Partners AG is the most successful private equity company in the German-speaking region, with over 450 majority stakes and an average multiplication of deployed capital by five. Our 35-strong team in Munich, Milan and Warsaw consistently achieves the highest returns of all European private equity funds. With our focus on buy-and-build platforms, we have built dozens of market leaders in Germany and Europe - we make market leaders!
The Lab Supplies Group, a portfolio company of AUCTUS Capital Partners, is a fast-growing corporate group of specialised manufacturers and distributors of laboratory and health equipment. Our customers include laboratory operators, industrial companies and healthcare facilities, among others. In this regulation-driven environment, we position ourselves as a quality leader. We are active in six countries and have approximately 150 employees. Our decentralised structure combines technological expertise with entrepreneurial responsibility. We pursue a clear buy-and-build strategy with the aim of bringing further leading providers of laboratory equipment together under one roof.
To strengthen our management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, structured and operationally driven CFO with a hands-on mentality as soon as possible.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility for finance, accounting, controlling and reporting across the group
Analysis of all available data to derive concrete recommendations for action and efficiency potential for management - as well as active support in implementing them in the portfolio companies.
Planning, implementation and control of efficient, scalable processes and systems across portfolio companies and locations
Further development of reporting structures and execution of consolidation processes together with the portfolio companies
Quality assurance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
Operational support for acquisitions and post-merger integrations, particularly in the finance area
Point of contact for auditors, banks and the individual portfolio companies
YOUR PROSPECTS:
A key position in a dynamic, growth-oriented corporate group with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
Direct collaboration with the investors and the management of our portfolio companies
Significant responsibility and room to actively shape things - from strategic decisions to operational implementation
An agile, solution-oriented environment with short decision-making paths and genuine influence on corporate success
Flexible working arrangements, hybrid models and a motivated, collegial team
YOUR PROFILE:
Several years of professional experience in group consolidation, ideally combined with experience in auditing or PE-shaped structures
Solid knowledge of accounting as well as group consolidation
Strong interest in technical products and their operational value drivers - you not only understand the world of numbers but actively seek the connection between economic development and the real levers in the business (e.g. product mix, capacity utilisation, supply chains, customer structure)
Solid knowledge of project and guarantee (Aval) financing
Good understanding of the various business areas from project business through product business to service business, with a clear understanding of the respective value levers (KPIs)
Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical strength and clear communication
Fluent German and English, spoken and written
We look forward to your application (including salary expectations and earliest possible start date)!
