🤝 Your role: SAP IS-U & CRM Utilities technical expert

As an SAP IS-U & CRM Technical Expert, you ensure the technical consistency of SAP IS-U and SAP CRM Utilities solutions.

You challenge the integrator's proposals, take part in architecture decisions and secure go-lives.

You work in close collaboration with business teams, functional experts and development teams.

🎯 Your main responsibilities

Architecture & technical consistency

Ensure the technical consistency of SAP IS-U and SAP CRM Utilities solutions
Take part in SAP application architecture decisions
Challenge the integrator's technical proposals

Developments & integrations

Design, build and review ABAP developments
Design and monitor SAP interfaces and integrations, in particular between SAP CRM Utilities and SAP IS-U

Run & go-lives

Analyse and resolve complex technical incidents
Secure go-lives

CRM Utilities expertise

Provide expertise on energy sales and customer relationship processes
Analyse business needs, validate proposed solutions and support system evolutions
Contribute to CRM configuration, testing and qualification of evolutions

🧭 Are you the person we are looking for?

Experience & background

10 to 15 years of SAP experience
Experience in the Utilities / Energy sector essential
Solid experience with SAP IS-U and SAP CRM (ideally CRM Utilities)

Key skills

SAP IS-U and SAP CRM / CRM Utilities
ABAP development
SAP interfaces and integrations
SAP application architecture
Technical analysis and resolution of complex incidents
CRM configuration, testing and qualification of evolutions
Ability to challenge an integrator and work with business teams
Fluent French
English level B2 (at least)
