YOUR FUTURE CONTRIBUTION 

We are looking for a senior Spring Boot application developer with a production culture.

The developer will join a team of backend and frontend developers, within a feature team working in agile mode that builds and runs several critical Decathlon applications.

• The developer will bring strong technical expertise to all of the team's projects. 
• You take part in designing the technical architecture, ensuring the scalability and evolvability of solutions
• You take part in design workshops across several products (front and back end)
• You are proactive within cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and define technical choices that comply with established standards
• You ensure code quality by promoting good development practices
• You keep up to date with new technologies and propose their integration to build the solutions of tomorrow
• You work with Product Management to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• You actively contribute to task planning and to improving team processes 

TECHNICAL STACK

• Backend Technologies: Kotlin, SpringBoot4 
• Frontend: ReactJS. Being able to contribute to the frontend part of projects is a plus. 

• Monitoring & Infrastructure:  familiar with monitoring (Datadog is a plus) and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Flux, in cloud environments. 

WHAT YOU BRING

• You have a production culture: you understand what prod first means and the importance of observability in a context where errors have immediate and significant impacts. 
• You enjoy working in an agile context 
• You are able to propose and co-build demanding technical solutions 
• You have several years of experience as a Java or Kotlin developer
• Solid experience in using and maintaining CI/CD & all test layers (Unit, Acceptance, Integration, Load Testing...)
• You communicate effectively with both technical experts and the business and its representatives.
• Good knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools 
• Being able to contribute in React would be a plus
