• You have a good sense for new developments, relevant trends and competitor activity, and you use this knowledge to move your team and your clients forward.

What you should bring: 

• Several years of experience in consulting and project management, ideally in media, communication or brand management.

• Leadership experience and enjoyment in leading people with clarity, trust and enthusiasm.

• A good sense for brands and clients, and the ability to develop solutions from them that inspire and work.

• You work in a structured way, get stuck in and keep track of the overview even with many projects.

• You combine strategic thinking with operational strength, and you know when it is time to make decisions.

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented mindset set you apart. You always keep your clients' goals and the interests of pilot in view.

• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, awork or Power BI is a plus, but more important is your openness to getting up to speed quickly with new systems.

• You have very good German skills.
