You join the Java community, led by Lamine and a team of passionate, rapidly expanding experts.

You are on assignment with our clients, but you also contribute to something bigger: growing Atecna's Java expertise from the inside.

⚡ Your daily impact

You take the technical lead on high-stakes client projects.

Architecture & design

• You design robust and scalable Java 17+ / Spring Boot 3+ architectures

• You implement Microservices architectures, oriented around DDD / Clean Architecture

• You define coherent REST APIs (OpenAPI, versioning, OAuth2 security)

• You balance performance, maintainability and time-to-market

Engineering excellence

• You impose clear standards: TDD, integration tests (Testcontainers), Sonar, demanding code reviews

• You structure the CI/CD (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or equivalent)

• You industrialise deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)

• You implement observability & monitoring (Micrometer, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

Technical leadership

• You mentor developers to raise the team's skills

• You keep technical debt under control

• You are the technical point of contact for the client

🔎 Your profile

The essentials:

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in Java development, plus first experience as a Lead or Technical Reference

• Expert command of Java / Spring Boot / JPA / Hibernate / Jooq

• Solid grounding in distributed systems

• Cloud experience (GCP, AWS or Azure)

• Very good understanding of performance & scalability challenges

• You know how to say no, you can explain why, you make decisions and stand by them :)

What will make the difference:

• Public speaking & community influence,

• Interest in modern architectures (microservices, event sourcing, cloud-native)

• Background in applied data/AI

• Java certification(s) or equivalent recognised technical certification

• Experience in legacy modernisation
