We are looking for a Generative AI Tech Lead to lead the evolution of a corporate platform of AI agents that is transforming the way we develop software within the organisation.

The role combines technical leadership, architecture definition, AI governance and supporting teams in adopting new ways of working supported by artificial intelligence.

We are not looking only for a technical expert. We want a person capable of driving change, defining standards and becoming a reference in generative AI within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the platform and its ecosystem of AI agents.

• Design and define guardrails, standards and good practices for the use of AI.

• Drive the adoption of generative AI tools among development and architecture teams.

• Collaborate with different technology areas to identify use cases and automation opportunities.

• Define methodologies and processes for AI-assisted development.

• Evaluate new technologies and market trends.

• Act as a technical reference and facilitator of organisational change.

Requirements

• Experience in AI architecture or technical AI leadership.

• Ability to define strategies, processes and standards.

• Experience in generative AI initiatives in large enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of Microsoft platforms:

  • Azure

  • Azure OpenAI

  • Microsoft Copilot

  • Azure AI Services

• Experience in agent architectures (Agentic AI).

• Knowledge of AI governance and adoption.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Desirable

• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).

• Design of internal AI platforms.

• Experience training or mentoring technical teams.
