Today, as part of a project with one of our clients, a major banking group, we are looking for a DevSecOps Trainer - Expert.

You will support IT teams as they build their skills in cloud, continuous integration and continuous delivery. You will design educational content and hands-on workshops to facilitate the adoption of DevSecOps tools and methods.

The position is based in Paris, with on-site presence planned three days per week, under arrangements to be confirmed.

Your impact

• Identify training needs and adapt learning paths to the level of the teams;

• Design training materials, exercises and practical labs;

• Deliver training on DevSecOps practices, cloud and CI/CD pipelines;

• Support learners in getting to grips with tools and platforms;

• Train on automation, deployment and testing practices;

• Integrate security considerations into development and delivery practices;

• Monitor learners' progress and adapt support accordingly;

• Share best practices and encourage their application in projects;

• Promote the CALMS culture: collaboration, automation, Lean, measurement and sharing;

• Animate communities and encourage exchanges between teams;

• Update educational content in line with tools and field feedback.

Your profile

You have expert-level experience, exceeding 15 years, and a solid command of DevSecOps and CI/CD environments.

You know how to transfer technical knowledge, design training and support audiences with different levels. You combine teaching, practice and an understanding of operational constraints.

You are proficient in OpenShift environments, as well as continuous integration and delivery tools such as Argo CD, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket, XL Deploy and XL Release.

You also have skills in Terraform, Python or Java development, APIs and test strategy.

You are autonomous, structured and receptive. You know how to make technical subjects accessible and help teams gain autonomy.

Professional English is expected.

Conditions

• Level: Expert - more than 15 years' experience;

• Location: Paris;

• On-site presence: three days per week, arrangements to be confirmed;

• Desired start date: 2 November 2026;

• Projected project end date: 1 November 2028;

• Possible travel to Lyon, Nantes and Toulouse;

• Position offered as a salaried employment contract.

Remuneration

Between €66,400 and €83,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and expertise.
