Location: Dubai, UAE

Role Overview
The Program Manager – AI & Data Transformation will lead and deliver strategic AI, Data, Analytics, and Digital Transformation initiatives within the Commercial Banking domain.
The role requires a highly experienced techno-functional leader with a strong blend of business, technology, data, and program management expertise.
The incumbent will drive end-to-end AI program delivery, from strategy and business case development through implementation, governance, adoption, and benefits realization.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing enterprise-scale AI programs, with a strong understanding of data platforms, AI/ML technologies, cloud ecosystems, and regulatory requirements within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, particularly SME and Commercial Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale AI, Generative AI, Data Analytics, and Digital Transformation programs within the BFSI sector.
Own end-to-end program delivery, including scope, planning, budgeting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Identify, prioritize, and implement high-value AI business use cases to drive adoption and measurable business outcomes.
Partner with business stakeholders to define AI and data transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
Oversee solution design and implementation involving AI/ML models, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Automation platforms.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Architects, Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Leaders to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
Establish program governance, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and performance management frameworks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, data privacy, and Responsible AI requirements.
Lead vendor and partner engagements, including technology evaluations, implementation oversight, and contract governance.
Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and business readiness for AI-enabled solutions.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and business units.
Support business development, solution proposals, and strategic AI advisory engagements when required.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
1. Overall Experience & Program Delivery
18+ years of overall experience in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Program Management.
10+ years of experience leading AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, or Data Transformation programs.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs within Banking and Financial Services.
Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and large, distributed delivery teams.
Hands-on implementation experience with AI and Data platforms, beyond purely governance or managerial responsibilities.
Experience working with global stakeholders, senior executives, and cross-functional teams.
