Would you like to be at the forefront when our customers need network and security solutions that are both technically robust and create documentable business value? As Network Solution Lead at itm8, you take on a key position at the intersection of strategic advisory, solution design and strong relationships, both internally and externally.
You will play a central role in our ongoing growth journey, helping to elevate both our customers' technological foundation and itm8's overall service portfolio within network and security. You work analytically and in a structured way with needs assessment, and turn complex issues into scalable, operable and value-creating solutions.
Your role
You become part of Network & Communications, where you join a strong professional environment with high specialisation and close collaboration across sales, delivery and customers.
You help set direction, create transparency and ensure that network and security fit together - from strategy to implementation. At the same time, you act as a trusted adviser, technical sparring partner and professional frontrunner, helping to define and drive best practice across the organisation.
Your primary areas of responsibility are:
Drive presales processes from structured needs assessment to well-considered solution design and qualified technical advice
Develop and further evolve itm8's service catalogue and MSP solutions within network and security
Facilitate customer presentations, workshops, seminars and webinars of high professional quality and clear value anchoring
Contribute to the design and establishment of solutions that are technically sound and commercially sustainable
Act as a professional frontrunner and ensure continuous knowledge building based on best practice, whitepapers and vendor recommendations
Drive knowledge sharing and standardisation - both internally and in customer-facing contexts
Communicate complex technical decisions in clear, business-oriented language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
We are looking for a teamm8 who
Thrives in an advisory role with high professional weight and naturally takes responsibility in dialogue with customers. You combine deep technical understanding with the ability to turn complexity into clear recommendations and decision-making basis.
You are able to stand by your solutions and have the motivation to actively contribute to the development of both customers and itm8's service area.
We imagine that you:
Have solid experience with networking and network security from a role with responsibility for needs assessment, advisory and solution design
Have worked in a hybrid role between technology and commercial considerations and understand the interplay between technology, business and value creation
Have strong competences within Cisco/Meraki/Fortinet (LAN, WAN, WiFi, NGFW, VPN) as well as an interest in cloud networking in Azure and areas such as ZTNA, SSE and SASE
Have strong communication skills and can convey complex technical topics clearly and precisely to different target groups
Speak fluent Danish and English - both written and spoken
It is an advantage if you:
Hold relevant certifications within networking, IT security or infrastructure
Have knowledge of relevant frameworks, standards and compliance requirements within networking and IT security
Are professionally curious and motivated for continuous competence development
