About the role
Translated into English from Norwegian by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
You like taking the initiative yourself, opening new doors and building relationships from scratch.
Fabnite is growing and building on a solid foundation. We listen to the market and develop new features that make everyday life easier for our customers. The goal is to further strengthen our position, and now we would like to have you on the team. The company is now set to grow further, and we are looking for a Sales and Partner Advisor who will help win new customers and explore new markets.
You are joining at a stage where a lot is in place, but where you will still have the opportunity to influence Fabnite's continued development.
What does the job involve?
This is first and foremost a sales job. You will find new customers, create relationships, set up meetings, understand needs and close agreements.
But you will also see opportunities where others may not have seen them. Fabnite's market is far larger than traditional concerts and events.
In practice, you will among other things:
- Find and contact new customers and partners.
- Build relationships with small and large businesses.
- Run sales processes from first contact to signed agreement, including negotiations.
- Work in a structured way with CRM, sales activities and your own pipeline.
- Share experience and market insight with your colleagues.
You will be in contact with many people, both by phone, in meetings and out with customers. Travel must be expected.
Who do we think will thrive here?
We think you are someone who genuinely enjoys selling. Someone who is confident in themselves, curious about others and who dares to make contact.
You readily pick up the phone to someone you have never spoken to before. You can handle a no, follow up and know that good customer relationships are built over time.
You are comfortable meeting different people, whether you are speaking with a small organiser or negotiating with a larger business. You listen, ask good questions and understand that good selling is about creating value for the customer.
At the same time, you are structured. You keep track of your customers, your sales processes and the next steps. You know that the work between meetings is often just as important as the customer meeting itself.
We are looking for you who have experience in outbound B2B sales and can point to concrete results. Perhaps you come from culture, events, experiences, media or technology. Perhaps you have worked in B2B sales in a completely different industry.
What awaits you at Fabnite?
You will become part of an ambitious, forward-looking and down-to-earth team that enjoys getting things done together. Here, individual results matter, but it is at least as important to share knowledge, help your colleagues and contribute to the whole company's success.
The team works closely together from the office in Sandefjord, and we are looking for you who enjoy being an active part of the community.
We offer:
- Attractive, central premises with sea views and fresh sea air right outside the door
- Competitive terms
- Good professional and personal development opportunities
- Opportunity for ownership in a growing business through our ownership programme
