About the role
Translated into English from Swedish by Korum. The employer's original wording is on their site.
About the role
We are looking for a committed and business-focused HR Business Partner who wants to keep developing and, at the same time, help shape how we work within People & Culture in Sweden.
You already have experience of working as an HR Business Partner and feel confident in the fundamentals, but want to broaden your expertise, take on greater responsibility and keep developing. With us, you will work close to the business with employment law, managerial support and organisational development, while also having the opportunity to influence our processes and ways of working.
We are in a development phase where we want to create clearer division of responsibilities, more consistent ways of working and an even better HR support for our internal employees and consultants. Here you get to help shape how we move forward, together with the People & Culture Director Sweden.
You become part of our Swedish People & Culture and Payroll function. As part of a global organisation, we also collaborate with our international head office and colleagues in other countries, which makes English as natural a working language as Swedish.
This is a role for you who enjoy taking responsibility, are curious about how things can be done better and dare to try new paths. You do not need to have all the answers from the start, but you need to want to find them.
Our Swedish head office is located in Solna, but with offices in several locations across the country we offer flexibility regarding your place of work. You will have the opportunity to work close to the business in different parts of Sweden, with travel as a natural part of the role.
Your responsibilities
In the role you will, among other things:
Be a close HR support to our managers. Provide advice on employment law questions, personnel matters and the application of collective agreements.
Work with employment law and trade union matters. Handle personnel matters, take part in negotiations and gradually take on greater responsibility for more complex issues.
Develop our HR processes. Identify improvement opportunities, create clearer ways of working and drive initiatives from idea to implementation.
Help shape our HR function. Together with the People & Culture Director, develop division of responsibilities, collaboration and how we organise HR support to our employees and consultants.
Contribute to organisational and leadership development. Support managers with, among other things, rehabilitation, performance management, competence development and change work.
Collaborate locally and globally. Take part in group-wide People initiatives and help develop and implement ways of working that function for the Swedish operation.
Who we are looking for
We believe you have:
A few years of experience of working as an HR Business Partner and a desire to keep developing in the role.
Good knowledge of Swedish employment law and experience of providing HR support to managers.
Experience of personnel matters and of working with collective agreements.
An interest in developing, improving and simplifying processes and ways of working.
The ability to take own initiative, drive issues forward and take responsibility for your work.
Very good Swedish and English, spoken and written.
To succeed in the role we believe you are
Bold and initiative-taking. You dare to take on new challenges, ask questions and make decisions even when you have not experienced exactly the same situation before. You are comfortable asking for support when needed.
Curious and development-oriented. You enjoy understanding how things work and see opportunities to make them better. You appreciate structure, but also like to be part of creating it.
Business-focused and solution-oriented. You understand that HR should contribute to the development of the business and have the ability to balance the employee perspective with the needs of the business.
Humble and communicative. You build trust, collaborate easily with others and dare to be clear even in challenging situations.
We value your drive, your attitude and your willingness to develop at least as much as the number of years you have worked in HR.
Meritorious
Experience from staffing, consultancy or other people-intensive operations.
Experience of trade union negotiations and work with several collective agreements.
Experience of developing or implementing HR processes.
Experience of organisational change and change work.
Experience of working in an international organisation.
Why Job&Talent?
With us you get the opportunity to combine a broad and business-close HR role with a clear development mission. You join an organisation where there is room to influence, test ideas and contribute to concrete improvements.
You will work with varied HR matters, close to the business and together with colleagues who have different competences and experiences. At the same time, you become part of a global organisation with the opportunity to broaden your perspectives and develop in your role.
We are not looking for someone who already knows everything. We are looking for you who have a good foundation to build on, dare to take responsibility and want to keep growing together with us.
