About the role

In Stockholm we are now building on our teams and looking for one more colleague. We are a dedicated team that will support and lift our colleagues in their AI journey; together we will create an employee experience of world-class standard.

We develop entire features "from scratch to finished" - data processing, data analysis, algorithm and agent development, as well as backend and frontend.

Our product development is about implementing AI, naturally with the help of AI; we use Claude in development and build integrations into our systems. The next step is to develop agent-based solutions - digital agents that can independently carry out tasks for our employees, built on Google Gemini Enterprise and modern LLM frameworks. The goal is for our employees to spend minimal time on administration and instead focus on developing Fortnox.

You will become a central, senior part of an autonomous team with overall responsibility for its products - from idea to production. We work in an agile and product-close way, with a strong focus on technology, innovation and employee benefit.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience of software development and feels confident across the entire development cycle.

• Has good knowledge of Go (or strong experience in similar languages and a willingness to work in Go).

• Has a genuine interest in, or previous experience of, AI, LLMs and agent orchestration.

• Has good experience of integration development and of building/consuming REST APIs.

• Enjoys collaborating in teams, supporting colleagues and continuously learning new tools and methods.

• Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you have experience of:

• AI-assisted development tools and modern agent frameworks such as Claude, Gemini etc.

• Cloud and microservice architecture (e.g. Kubernetes, Kafka, SQL).

• Frontend development in React.

As a senior developer in the team you will have a large mandate to shape how Fortnox employees engage with and use AI in their daily work. You will develop technically together with experienced and skilled developers, with a great opportunity to influence how we build and refine the AI agents and tools that will give Fortnox an employee experience of world-class standard, from an early stage.
