It is an End to End service in which Coupang takes responsibility for the entire process, from purchasing products through storage and delivery to returns.

Job Description 

• Responsible for the Stationery & Toys category, managing the end-to-end virtuous cycle of sales, profit and inventory
• Category strategy development and brand discovery and growth management
  : Use market and customer data to develop the category's medium- to long-term strategy, and on that basis discover promising brands and onboard them. Grow alongside brands and secure the growth foundation of Rocket Delivery.
• Building brand partnerships and designing business structures
  : Directly purchase Rocket Delivery products in collaboration with brand companies. Design marketing terms together with brand companies and manage partnerships so that both sides can grow together.  
•  Category performance (P&L) management and product and promotion strategy development 
  : Manage key indicators such as sales and profitability, and develop product and promotion strategies based on them.  Track competitive prices in the market and lead mutual growth through supply price negotiation.  
• Overall management of operational processes
  : Balance suppliers' needs with operating standards, and systematically manage the whole of operations, including product listing, inventory management, pricing policy and promotion execution.  
• Improving operational processes and collaborating with related departments
  : Collaborate with related departments such as marketing, logistics and catalogue operations to analyse root causes and implement improvements.

Requirements  

• Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 7 years of relevant experience, and an interest in online retail business
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and direct purchasing
• Flexible thinking that accepts change and leads team commitment with positive energy
• Experience improving actual service and sales indicators through analysis and insight 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Hands-on experience in the category or an understanding of customer needs
• Produced visible results through fast decision-making and execution
• Experience defining results as KPIs and proving them with figures
• Finds solutions to unexpected problems and sees them through to the end
• Takes initiative to find and expand work that drives business growth

Document Return Policy 

1. This notice is given pursuant to Article 11(6) of the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures.
2. Applicants who have applied for a position with us and were not finally selected may request the return of the hiring documents they submitted, in accordance with the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures. However, this does not apply to documents submitted via our website or by email, or to documents voluntarily submitted without our request. If hiring documents are lost due to natural disaster or other reasons not attributable to us, they are deemed to have been returned.
3. Applicants requesting the return of hiring documents under paragraph 2 above must complete a hiring document return request form [Form No. 3 of the Enforcement Rules of the Act on Fair Hiring Procedures] and submit it by email ([contact details removed]). We will send the documents by registered mail to the address specified within 14 days from the date submission is confirmed. In this case, the registered mail fee is payable by the recipient, so please note this. 
4. In preparation for return requests under paragraph 2 above, we will keep the original hiring documents submitted by applicants for 180 days from the date hiring is confirmed. If return is not requested by then, we will destroy all hiring documents without delay in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
5. However, the provisions of paragraphs 1 to 4 above apply only where the labour laws of the Republic of Korea apply. They do not apply in other cases.
