We rely on a strong industrial approach, predominantly off-site, and manufacture the various components for the property projects we design in our 8 French factories spread across the whole country, then assemble them on site.
Niwa, our Head Office, is located in Toulouse and we operate across the whole of France.
Position
As Principal Construction Manager (H/F), you will report to the Construction Director and be based in Toulouse or Paris. You will work on new-build projects across the whole country.
As Principal Construction Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
Carrying out site preparation: project analysis, defining working methods, consulting subcontractors… ;
Managing one or more major TCE (trade contractor) sites;
Closing the site by taking part in the operations preceding handover, through to the successful completion of snagging works;
Developing and managing the schedule, placing equipment orders and selecting suppliers;
Being responsible for meeting deadlines and ensuring safety rules are followed on your sites;
Leading teams, developing their skills and taking part in all site meetings with external stakeholders and partners.
Candidate profile

You hold a degree from an engineering school or a Master 2 or equivalent qualification in the building / civil engineering sector;
You have at least 7-10 years of experience in new-build commercial construction;
You have already managed teams and led sites;
You have a appetite for responsibility, and mobility is not an obstacle for you;
You are a approachable, unifying manager with natural authority.
