D365 FO Solution Architect - Manufacturing

About the position

In the role of Solution Architect, you will act as solution architect on larger and exciting projects within Finance & Operations, which will be for customers in manufacturing, where you will lead the way in ensuring innovative solutions that will help secure the customer's digital journey going forward. 

You will be part of the Finance & Operations - Manufacturing team, which currently consists of 11 people, but which is expected to grow to double its size. The team works with manufacturing customers, which include discrete, complex and process manufacturing, and is generally very process-oriented in all phases of projects. The team has close sparring and daily knowledge sharing across the team, which helps ensure a close professional community. 

You will also have the opportunity to join our Nordic Capability group on F&O, where you will gain a network with your colleagues in Scandinavia and Poland and thereby have the opportunity to share your knowledge and learn from your colleagues. 

Who are you?

We would like you to have several years of experience as a solution architect within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solutions and ideally to have worked on solutions for manufacturing customers. 

At Cepheo you help take ownership of the way projects are delivered. You will be involved in most parts of the project, which covers the journey from the analysis phase to implementation, and you must therefore be able to find the most suitable systems and frameworks, as well as the right architecture that fits the customers' needs. Naturally, you must also ensure that both the architecture and the implementation are of high quality, and that there is good interaction between the components of the system. Throughout the projects you will be part of a larger or smaller team, where you will work closely with other colleagues, who include project managers, developers and consultants. 

We would like you to not compromise on quality and at the same time be a good communicator in Danish and English. In addition, it is an advantage if it comes naturally to you to be proactive, curious, structured and to have a good understanding of business.

You also decide for yourself where you want to work from, depending on what works best for you. This can be from one of our offices, from home or at the customer's site. Most of the team is based in Jutland, but we have an ambition to have more people sitting in our Copenhagen office, so they can be close to our manufacturing customers on Zealand. 

We are looking for a candidate who has several of the following competencies:

• Industry knowledge within the manufacturing/production domain
• Solid experience as a solution architect within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience with Master Planning
• Experience with integrations, data management, setting up product hierarchies and attributes 
• Solid experience in designing solutions by mapping the customer's business capabilities to business process flows
• A customer-oriented approach and a natural service-minded approach 
• Thrives on working independently, but also as part of a strong team
• Has good drive and wants to learn and be challenged
• Strong analytical and communication skills

For the right profile, there will also be an opportunity in this role to join as a Lead, where you will, among other things, act as technical lead for a number of architects. Therefore it is a great advantage if you thrive in a role where you gain energy from sharing your knowledge and see it as a driving factor to act as sparring partner for one or more junior consultants/architects and have the desire to take part in their professional development. 

It is not essential that you have experience with Dynamics 365 - the most important thing is that you have experience with ERP and want to work within Dynamics 365. Several colleagues at Cepheo have made the journey from SAP to Dynamics 365, so we have a clear roadmap for that. You can also come from other ERP solutions, such as M3 or Infor.
