We rely on a strong industrial approach with a predominantly off-site focus, and manufacture the various components for the construction of the property projects we design in our 8 French factories spread across the whole country, then assemble them on site.

Niwa, our Head Office, is located in Toulouse and we operate across the whole of France.

Supported by a team of 3 people, you will report to the Third-Party Accounting Manager and will be responsible for the operational management and post-ERP optimisation for the company GA Entreprise.

Your missions will be:

• Managing the GAE accounting team

• Coordinating the various activities

• Managing the processing of supplier invoices for the GAE subsidiary

• Managing and optimising the closing calendars for the billing periods of the GAE subsidiary

• Actively contributing to post-ERP stabilisation; taking part in the implementation of electronic invoicing

Your responsibilities:

• Analysing the accounting elements of the supplier cycle of the GAE subsidiary

• Monitoring compliance with processing deadlines

• Coordination with the management control teams

• Supervision, training and support of employees

• Participation in cross-functional projects (automation, procedures, audits)

Candidate profile

· You hold a Master 2 degree in accounting / management (DSCG / Master CCA) and have 8 years of experience, including at least 2 years in management?

· Experience in an ERP change or transformation context will be an asset

· You have strong organisational skills, natural leadership and real autonomy

· Knowledge of IFS, Esker and via report is a plus
