Are you passionate about leading complex technology projects and coordinating infrastructure deployments on construction sites? We are looking for a senior professional with solid technical and management experience to direct large-scale telecommunications projects, ensuring the execution, quality and profitability of each initiative.

Main responsibilities

• Lead technology infrastructure deployment projects from the construction or refurbishment phase through to final handover.

• Manage the planning, execution and monitoring of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontracted companies, acting as the main point of contact with clients, building contractors and external engineering firms.

• Supervise deployments of telecommunications networks, optical fibre, GPON, Wi-Fi, LAN, CCTV and other associated infrastructure.

• Review and validate technical documentation, drawings, setting-out and engineering solutions.

• Monitor the financial performance of projects, controlling budgets, certifications, risks and profitability.

• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations and occupational health and safety requirements.

Profile we are looking for

• University degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.

• Established experience (more than 8 years) in managing infrastructure deployment projects for networks and telecommunications.

• Experience leading complex projects and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Proven ability in team coordination, subcontractor management and liaison with different stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, optical fibre, GPON, structured cabling, CCTV, Wi-Fi and LAN networks.

• English level B2 or higher.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Technical network certifications and other project management methodologies will be valued.
