Requirements
We are looking to bring on board an AI/ML Engineer to take part in developing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions applied to network analysis and diagnosis.
The selected person will work on developing models for anomaly detection, event correlation, root cause analysis (RCA) and prioritisation of possible causes, working closely with technical teams and network experts.
What will you do?
Design, implement and train Machine Learning models for root cause analysis (RCA), anomaly detection and event correlation.
Develop components based on Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and models that take network topology into account where necessary.
Integrate GenAI/LLM components to support the explanation of model results.
Create evaluation datasets, metrics and pipelines to validate the performance and quality of the models.
Work with network experts to validate the accuracy of the models and identify failure cases.
Prepare and package models for deployment and serving through MLOps processes.
Collaborate with engineering teams, domain experts and validation teams to ensure the models are accurate, explainable and fit for production environments.
What are we looking for?
Experience in Machine Learning / Artificial Intelligence.
Experience developing, training and evaluating ML models.
Knowledge of anomaly detection, event correlation and/or Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience with Python and common Machine Learning frameworks.
Knowledge of Deep Learning.
Experience or knowledge of Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and/or graph-based models.
Knowledge of GenAI and LLMs.
Experience with MLOps processes, model deployment and serving.
Ability to work with technical teams and business/domain experts.
Advanced English (B2/C1).
Desirable
Experience in telecommunications or Network Intelligence projects.
Knowledge of network topologies and architectures.
Experience working with network data, events or alarms.
Experience with model explainability (XAI) systems.
Experience with data architectures and model evaluation pipelines.
